1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BEAUTY & MORE. By accessing our website, browsing our cosmetic catalog, or purchasing makeup kits and vanity bundles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions established by WHITE ROSE PROPERTIES PVT. LTD. (Registered address: PLOT NO F 187 47B, S V ROAD, OLD KHAR, KHAR WEST, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400052).

2. Product Descriptions & Cosmetics Suitability

We take utmost care to ensure that product shades, pigments, foundation undertones, and kit contents are accurately portrayed. However, actual visual shades may slightly vary depending on screen calibration. All products are formulated for Indian skin tones and are dermatologically certified.

3. Orders & Pricing

All product prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
We reserve the right to revise promotional coupon codes (such as GLAM20 or BUILD25) at our discretion.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), our dispatch department may verify the customer's phone number before handing over the parcel to the courier partner.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. We offer Complimentary Express Delivery across India on orders exceeding ₹999. Typical delivery timelines range between 3 to 5 business days depending on customer pincode.

5. 7-Day Replacement & Returns Policy

Given the personal nature of cosmetics, products once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, if your makeup trunk or product arrives in a damaged, broken, or defective condition, we provide an immediate 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. Simply contact customer care with an unboxing photo or video.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text copy, graphic designs, product kit combinations, and trademarks belonging to BEAUTY & MORE and White Rose Properties Pvt. Ltd. are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
